RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied, please review your options for return.

We will accept returns or exchanges on merchandise in its original unused and undamaged condition, postmarked within 21 days of receiving shipment for refund less shipping costs.  

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • We encourage customers to carefully read our Returns Policy and to please make sure all the items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.
  • Product must be returned or exchanged within 21 days of receipt.
  • Product must be unused, undamaged and returned in the original condition.
  • Product must have all tags attached.
  • All returns must include the original packaging.
  • In the case that returned product is not received at our Hanover's Kitchen warehouse, you will be requested to provide proof of shipment/tracking to guarantee full refund.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

       We sell these products as “Final Sale” to maintain such significant discounts

  • SALE items are NOT eligible for exchanges
  • Shipping Costs are non-refundable.
  • Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
  • Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 12 hours after an order is placed.
  • The Terms & Conditions of our Returns Policy prevail in the case of miscommunication or otherwise.
  • If you have any questions at all regarding our Returns Policy please reach out directly to us at support@hanoverskitchen.com and one of our customer support specialists will help within 2 business days.
  • Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.

REFUNDS

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be refunded.
  • Refunds will be made according to the method of payment at the time of purchase. Where the purchase was made by a debit or credit card the refund will be made to this card, provided the cardholder is in possession of the card otherwise an exchange will be offered. Please note a refund to the debit or credit card used in the original purchase can take between 5 and 10 working days after receipt and reprocessing of the item into our Hanover's Kitchen warehouse has occurred.
  • Items must be returned in the original condition that they were received. Product must be unused, undamaged and returned in the original condition.
  • In the case that returned product is not received at our Hanover's Kitchen warehouse, you will need to provide proof of shipment/tracking to guarantee full refund.
  • Do not return item to manufacturer.
  • All refunds are processed in USD.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please submit a photo of the damage and order number to support@hanoverskitchen.com within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim.

CANCELLATIONS

In most cases we will do our best to honor a cancellation up until the point of the product(s) being shipped. Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 12 hours after an order is placed.  If you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at support@hanoverskitchen.com .  We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.

If your order has shipped, then we are unable to cancel the order. Upon receiving the goods, if item is marked as “Final Sale” you will be unable to make a return.

RETURNING MERCHANDISE

To return merchandise please contact Hanover's Kitchen Customer Service at support@hanoverskitchen.com and include the following information in your email: Order number, photo if damaged and reason for return.

For your protection, please use a well-padded box or envelope and a traceable carrier when returning your item. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return shipping are the responsibility of the customer and will be paid by the customer.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Hanover's Kitchen reserves the right to deny unreasonable returns and exchanges.
